The "Fête du Court Métrage" will be a chance for a great many people, throughout France and worldwide, to sample the magic of short films from March 14th to 20th. It will be an opportunity to see the films that won an award during the 2017 Festival online for 24 hours!

Whether you’re a film buff or a neophyte, young, part of a family or simply love films, the "Fête du court métrage" will enable you to participate in screenings, meetings, workshops and master classes.

The Festival de Cannes is associated with this national event, supported by the CNC, by exclusively showing, for 24 hours, the short films in Competition and the Cinéfondation that won an award during the 70th festival in 2017.

For its second edition, the "Fête du court métrage" will present the great creativity that reigns in short films. They are a singular way of renewing writing, and offer endless possibilities to new talents. The freedom of the creators is expressed marvellously” Frédérique Bredin
